01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
At lunch, the fresh pasta is a good reason to choose a pasta dish: it has a satisfyingly chewy texture. Napolitan is a popular option, while the cream pasta changes from week to week. Both come with a salad, so you can choose according to your mood. Diners have also mentioned trying the arabbiata with spear squid and courgette, and the cream pasta with vegetables and bacon. They praised the pasta’s chewy texture and noted that seasonal vegetables featured in the appetiser.
For a more substantial pasta lunch, there is also a set menu with an appetiser platter, salad, a pasta of your choice, baguette and a soft drink. You can switch the drink to wine. One diner recalled having red turnip soup and focaccia at lunch, suggesting a meal built around more than just the pasta. Another reported being given focaccia on request when ordering pasta.
For a rice-based lunch, try the pork ginger. It is served with a house-made sauce described as an especially good match for rice, offering a satisfying alternative to pasta.
You can eat in or take your meal away. One diner who ordered the cream pasta to take away praised the chewy fresh pasta and the way the bacon and mushrooms’ savoury flavour complemented the sauce.
Dinner courses are available with 6–8 dishes, making them an option for a meal with several courses. You can also settle in for a relaxed dinner, and reservations are available for evening meals.
